Server Down For One Whole Day Without Notice ?

erm just to clarify some stuff,
why is the server down for 1 whole day without notice ?
And i thought XiaoHot was the owner of this server
So why is this message typed by him through hamachi to me ?

uber nice... dont make me take a wrong path on supporting this server. like no one is responsible for this. 1 whole day and no notice on the forums what-so-ever.
